  • 1993

    On 8th December, 1993, SMIFS Limited first incorporated as Snehdeep Trexim Limited. 

  • 1994

    In this year, the company acquired the Trading Membership for National Stock Exchange of India Limited.  Following this, the name of the company was changed to SMIFS Securities Limited. 

  • 1999

    Company received acquisition of YNS Shares & Securities along with Trading Membership in BSE Limited. It even received acquisition of Depository Participantship in Central Depository Services (India ) Limited.  In the following year, it also gained the Membership in Derivative Segment of NSE.

  • 2007

    In this year, the company’s name was changed to Stewart& Mackertich Wealth Management Limited and acquired Direct Market Facility for Institutional Clients in 2008. 

  • 2012

    By then, Shri Rahul Kayan was appointed as the Key Promoter of Stewart & Mackertich Wealth Management Limited. In 2013, the company even acquired Depository Participantship in National Securities Depository Limited  from, BHM Wealth creators Limited.  

  • 2014

    The company acquired Registration as Portfolio Manager from Securities & Exchange Board of India. In the next consecutive three years, the company acquired Depository Participantship in National Securities Depository Limited from C. Mackertich Limited, Registration as Research Analyst from Securities & Exchange Board of India and Foray into Retail Stock Broking. 

  • 2019 to Present

    In 2019, Shri Rahul Kayan was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Stewart & Mackertich Wealth Management Limited and the name was changed to SMIFS Limited.
