We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Creative Designer to help us communicate financial stories effectively through engaging design. Core Responsibilities
Visual Design & Brand Expression
- Create clean, visually compelling layouts and templates for research content including equity reports, mutual fund briefs, IPO insights, and thematic papers.
- Uphold brand consistency across various formats like presentations, product brochures, newsletters, and online media.
- Partner with research and marketing teams to produce design assets that are both informative and engaging.
- Design physical event materials including banners, signage, and on-site branding.
Marketing & Creative Support
- Build creatives for digital and print platforms, including emailers, pitch decks, social posts, brochures, landing pages, and more.
- Develop animated visuals like GIFs, videos, and reels for digital campaigns.
- Ensure all visual content complies with industry regulations such as SEBI disclosures and research compliance standards.
Web Design & Page Development
- Design responsive landing pages using HTML or CMS tools to support campaign objectives and lead generation.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize site layout, conversion paths, and user flow.
- Align web creatives with SEO, analytics, and marketing funnel performance metrics.
Strategic Creative Direction
- Guide the overall design language of SMIFS across all communication touchpoints.
- Translate complex market research into compelling visual formats, from infographics to slides.
- Handle multiple projects efficiently while meeting brand, quality, and compliance standards.
- Stay on top of emerging design technologies and creative tools like generative AI and motion design trends in finance.
Who We’re Looking For
Design & Technical Competency
- Graduate in Visual Communication, Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent.
- 4 to 6 years of creative design experience, preferably in finance, stock broking, or investment research sectors.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
- Bonus points for motion graphics and animation capabilities.
- Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.
Industry Exposure
- Prior experience in designing content around financial markets, investment products, or stock analysis.
- Knowledge of compliance and design rules under SEBI or exchange regulations is a strong advantage.
