We’re seeking a results-oriented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in the financial services space. This role requires a hands-on professional with a deep understanding of lead generation, SEO (focused on finance-related keywords), paid campaigns, social media strategy, and CMS operations.
As part of the team, you will lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives that build visibility, generate qualified leads, and contribute to overall business growth. You should be comfortable working with data, platforms, and design tools while coordinating with other departments to execute integrated campaigns.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Plan and implement digital campaigns tailored to generate quality leads and boost client engagement.

Drive SEO performance using on-page and off-page techniques to achieve first-page rankings on Google for relevant financial keywords.

Manage paid advertising across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.

Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms to grow brand awareness and reach.

Craft and execute content marketing strategies aligned with the company’s lead generation goals.

Design lead-focused landing pages using CMS tools and ensure responsive, optimized layouts.

Analyze and interpret campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to refine marketing strategies.

Maintain and update CMS (e.g., WordPress) and CRM systems (HubSpot, ZOHO, Salesforce, SugarCRM).

Work closely with design, product, and sales teams to align messaging and ensure a smooth campaign execution.

Assist with various digital marketing projects and tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements

At least 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the financial services sector.

Proven track record in SEO, PPC, Google and Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and lead-gen tactics.

Familiarity with HTML, CMS plugins, Photoshop, and basic web design is a must.

Solid grasp of digital analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

Strong content writing, planning, and communication abilities.
