Job Position: Administrative Assistant – Operational Management

The right candidate will be responsible for facilitating smooth communication between departments, supporting HR functions, coordinating vendor activities, and assisting in digital branding initiatives. This is a key role that bridges daily administrative needs with strategic execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including day-to-day HR coordination.

  • Serve as the communication link between the Digital Marketing & Branding team and departments such as HR, Sales & Marketing, and Research.

  • Manage interdepartmental communication and workflow to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.

  • Coordinate with vendors and maintain professional relationships for smooth operations.

  • Support content scheduling and posting across social media platforms in line with branding goals.

  • Organize internal meetings, track departmental progress, and follow up on key deliverables.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or operational support.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication.

  • Experience or familiarity with social media tools and digital scheduling platforms is an advantage.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and teams.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
